Global Mean Dynamic topography
The mean dynamic topography is the average over 12 year of the difference between the mean sea surface and the geoid.
Contact
The mean dynamic topography is mainly caused by temperature variations in the ocean and permanent currents like the Gulf Stream and the Kuroshio.
DTU10 Mean Dynamic Topography has been derived from the DTU10 Mean Sea surface and the EGM2008 Global geoid model and has been mapped with a resolution of 1 minute by 1 minute corresponding to 2 minute by 2 minute resolution at Equator.
